Used by people (primarily Americans) who can't spell. Example: If you consider yourself a connossieur of fine widesceen DVDs, you might wann check out this petition directed at Blockbuster Video, ordering them to continue to stock and rent widescreen-formatted DVD titles.Google finds about 100 hits, and the best thing is, it suggests changing the spelling to connoisseur, which yields about 300,000 results and is in fact an English word, used by ignorants who didn't get the memo that the French changed it to the much more logical connaisseur ages ago.

Zur Erklärung: Was hier geht, ist reduziert bis auf ein Minimum. Jemand sagt ein Wort und alle lachen oder streiten dann darüber. Schöne Wörter sind übrigens rosa und schlimme Wörter sind schwarz. Hellgrau steht für neutral, off-topic oder vergessen auszuwählen. Dass es technisch möglich ist, hier alles einzutragen, heißt übrigens nicht, dass alles erlaubt ist.
